When I found out I was pregnant, one of the first things that came to mind was ‘better start my kegels’.  And so many clients tell me they have the same thought. 

Turns out, preparation for pregnancy and birth is way more than just kegels.

Learning about the pelvic floor as just one part of our other deep core muscles and the important role they all play in pregnancy, labour and birth was so empowering for me -  it helped me prepare physically and mentally to feel so much more comfortable with the idea of giving birth, no matter how it ended up happening. 

Whether dealing with pain or simply wanting to prepare for labour and birth, I’m here to help. I also aim to help you safely start or maintain your activity level/fitness with confidence because if you prepare for postpartum and strengthen your body now, it will make your life easier later (trust me)!
