I didn’t really learn about the pelvic floor muscle group until I was in my mid 20’s. How is that even possible? 

It wasn't until I started to experience leaks while training for a triathlon that I realized pelvic floor issues aren't limited to the postpartum population. Something needed to change, so I went to a Pelvic Floor Physio and was amazed at how much I learned about this vital area of my own body and its importance for the quality of life for ALL of us; it was such a game changer.
